We had an awesome experience planning our vacation with Melynda. We had done all the work planning and making reservations for our past trips; it was such a burden off our shoulders to let her take care of things. As we planned, she was always very quick to answer any questions we had; and when it came time for making meal reservations, she got everything we were hoping for, which was a lot! We were there for 8 days, 6 of them in the parks. She was able to get Rodeo Round Up, 50’s Primetime, and 2 trips to Oga’s at Hollywood; Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom; Space 220 at Epcot; Yak and Yeti at Animal Kingdom; and Ohana and Chef Mickey’s. She also scheduled us for 6 build your own light sabers and 7 for the Wild Africa Trek. She did a great job communicating what things Disney needed to have prepaid and took care of those, as well. We had an awesome vacation, and she played a big part in setting the stage for it!
We had worked with her for a May 2020 trip which was cancelled due to covid, but that planning experience went wonderfully. My son and daughter went in September of 2023 and had her do their trip, as well; again, a great experience. We will definitely contact her again when we plan to return to Disney World!

My daughter, Lauren Cacace, and I have had the pleasure of working with Jackie Tammaro planning our upcoming trip to Disney World. We started working with Jackie about five months ago and our trip is next month! From the first phone call, she has been responsive, pleasant, informative, and efficient. Our plans got a little more confusing when two other people were added, and Jackie took it in stride and incorporated them into our plans. The best day of all was 60 days before our trip when at 6:40 AM I received a text that all of our dining reservations were done! Last week we had a zoom call so that she could share her screen and explain Genie plus to us and share plenty of tips and tricks. The final wonderful surprise was receiving a very detailed packet in the mail with day-by-day instructions, confirmation numbers, and helpful hints.

Our thanks cannot be expressed enough for Mouse Ear Magic Travel and travel agent Kristy Poker. It was a first-time trip for our daughters, and it had been quite some time since my last. Kristy truly took the planning burden off of my shoulders and allowed me to be in the magical moment. She was responsive and truly went above and beyond in every way. Kristy took on all of my character dining and enchanting extras requests such as fireworks seats and sweets and the hard to secure nighttime safari, she was able to secure all of our reservations 60 days out. Kristy is extremely attention to detail and thought of so many things I never considered such as stroller reservations and she even sent us itinerary ideas for each park day. Kristy ensured I had the knowledge of photo pass and genie plus recommendations, which we used throughout the trip. Kristy sent us a surprise care package prior to our trip filled with ponchos, keychains, games and princess ears which increased our excitement, she even had a special surprise waiting for us at the hotel. We cannot thank her and Mouse Ear Magic enough. I cannot tell you how many times my mom and I raved about her throughout the planning process. Disney has so much to offer! But it can be intimidating for someone going for the first time. The app is really useful, but it can also be a challenge for the first timer. So grateful we had Abby Scherzer to guide us through the whole process! My family got to experience the magic of Disney in our enjoyable 5 day park hopper passes that are travel agent Dare Williams helped us plan! We knew our boys who will be turning 12 in the year 2024 would enjoy that magic of Disney and the all around experience of just the fun of being a child at Disney! From classic nostalgia of Magic Kindgom, Epcot showing us around the world, enjoying the animals and their habitats at Animal kingdom and just the all around fun we enjoyed at Hollywood stories. Disney does the best job of recreating the magic of being in the actual movie of the Disney characters. We stayed at the All-Star Movies resort and the whole resort literally felt that we were living in the movies! Transportation was around the clock for us to hop to park to park. Our travel Agent Dare was amazing!! She helped ensuring that the resort was accessible for all of our guests, she made sure we knew all about genie + and lightning lanes, and even helped food reservations! She made the planning of the trip easy and ensured that our trip would be better than what our expectations were!!! We are all ready to book another!!!

Jackie Tammaro planned two amazing trips for my family to Walt Disney World in the last 3 years. I cannot imagine planning a vacation like this without her insight and enthusiasm! She is a Disney EXPERT and has tips and tricks for anything you can possibly think of. She is a wealth of knowledge about both the resorts and the parks, and is able to provide recommendations that work for whatever kind of experience you want. She went above and beyond (twice!) to make our trip magical. Even more impressive is her commitment to helping you make choices that fit within your budget and preferences. The level of support she provides is nothing short of the “white glove” service you expect from anything “Disney”. She is constantly providing updates and reminders about planning timelines to make sure you stay on track and make all the necessary reservations to truly maximize your time. She regularly kept us informed about any new promotions that were announced during our planned trip. About a month before our arrival date she was able to secure us a dining promotion worth $200 per night - which translated into a $1,000 Disney Dining Gift Card to use throughout our stay. Without Jackie we never would have known about this promotion, and it definitely made our trip extra magical (and delicious).

Just wanted to make sure Mary Sikina knows how much we appreciated all of her help booking and planning our 2023 Walt Disney World vacation. This was our fourth time going to Disney and was by far the best experience we have had due to Ashley's help and support along the way. This was a last minute trip and I was hesitant to even reach out to her, thinking it wasn't even going to be possible to make it happen. I am so glad I did! Within 48 hours, we were on a plane, headed to Orlando from Buffalo, with our lodging reserved (she provided so many amazing options!), park tickets all set up, and restaurant reservations made (again, she provided so many great recommendations). So much has changed since our last visit there, as it has been six years, I was quite overwhelmed at first with the Lightning Lane process at first. Ashley not only spent hours texting me information and answering my questions that I sent at all hours of the day and night, but she also came to our house and sat down with my husband and I and explained everything. Again, this was a last minute trip so the fact that she was able to pull this all together and make the time to sit with us is truly impressive. Just amazing customer service! I had to make several last minute changes to our trip, which added some extra work to Ashley's plate. She handled these changes with a positive attitude and was happy to accommodate us in any way we needed. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Ashley. We will never again plan a trip without going through her and I will be sure to share this information with anyone and everyone I can. We are truly grateful to her for planning a trip that allowed us to create memories that will last a lifetime!

I just wanted to send in a review for Melynda Amrine. She helped us plan a trip recently from March 8-15, 2023. She helped us book a finding Nemo family suite. Which was perfect for what we needed. She also helped us in using FSE Transportation since I booked our flights to the Sanford airport accidentally. Oops! They were fantastic. They were very punctual and we felt comfortable with them.

I would like to Thank Mary Comes at Mouse Ear Magic for her outstanding help with our Disney extravaganza! She had us booked at All Star movies a few days visiting Magic Kingdom and Epcot prior to our Disney Cruise. Mary logged in making sure we had photo packages for the parks as well as the cruise, transportation set up to move between airport hotel and port, meet and greets on the ship, breakfast with Woody and Friends and a Bippity Boppity Boutique which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. She stayed up till after midnight to assist with the cruise check in and on the phone with me over an hour as it continued to freeze. After being away from Disney World for far too long (over 25 years), I was longing to go back, especially for their magical 50th celebration! A lot has changed in that time and I was overwhelmed by the thought of researching and planning my return to Disney World. My aunt, who visits Disney World yearly, told me about Mouse Ear Magic Travel and her wonderful experience with using their services for many years now. What a relief it was to have their help every step of the way! Our Mouse Ear Agent showed a wealth of knowledge when it came to all things Disney and created the best package for me and my boyfriend. She met with us beforehand to ensure we made the most of our trip. We loved the Whispering Canyon Cafe where our whole family was entertained and laughed together more than we have in a long time. Everything about Magic Kingdom was magical. Something about seeing the castle for the first time makes you smile and fills your heart with so much joy. The Contemporary Resort was the best choice for our family, especially the 10 minute walk to Magic Kingdom and seeing the fireworks from our balcony each night. We were able to eat at Sci Fi at the last minute thanks to Mary's hard work late at night finding a last minute opening. Mary was readily available to answer any questions throughout our week. Ending our time in Disney with Chef Mickey was PERFECT! Mary gave us tips and advice from beginning to end. She is truly AMAZING! We had the best trip thanks to her hard work and planning just the right things for us! Her hard work does not go unnoticed. Mary was incredibly helpful in planning and really spent a lot of time with us thoroughly explaining in detail everything from travel to what to do and see in the parks. I found myself telling my family “Mary said…” A LOT throughout our trip lol. I spent my 40th Birthday in Magic Kingdom and it was truly magical, Mary was able to work with my husband to plan a surprise lunch at Cinderella's Royal table for me to celebrate! I would like to say how impressed I was with Joyce Mortorano and the planning she did for our first family trip to Disney. She is so knowledgeable about all things Disney and made me feel at ease with the complex planning. Joyce did such a great job explaining everything to me and including her own suggestions to help us make our decisions. We were very prepared for our trip and happy with her advice. We even had a hurricane while down there and she was very responsive during our stay to help me navigate some unexpected hurdles. One example is, Hollywood Studios had a delayed opening of 2pm the day we were supposed to go there. The bus at our hotel didn't show up until 2:15pm which prevented us from getting there early. Also, the Genie + was not working properly that day and erasing return times we had. I contacted Joyce and she made suggestions on what we could try to get to compensate for our troubles. In the end, we received 4 return times to be used at any time throughout the day which made our day!
I will refer my friends and family to Joyce. I really couldn't have had a better experience with her!

Misty Reynolds planned our families summer vacation and did a great job! We had three families meeting at Disney so it was no easy task to plan for all of us. She was able to get us rooms next to one another which was very convenient. Having not been to Disney World in 20 years we relied heavily on her advice. She booked our park tickets for the week and linked all of our accounts. This came in handy with all the kids! I told Misty what we wanted as far as dining reservations and she nailed it! This was our first time traveling to the parks as a family. We had started planning for our trip in August of 2019 to prepare to go April of 2020 for my daughter Auroras birthday. As the pandemic hit, and closed Disney and we became devastated. The day after Disney announced their closure, Melynda texted and emailed me with plans to reschedule. She was amazing, she helped with setting everything back up, and get all our plans back. We finally were able to make to Disney October 23-November 1st and got to see the Halloween decor. Melynda had our best interest and kept us up to date, evening getting our group of 6 into an upgraded Resort to the Boulder Ridge. We couldn't have asked for a better room, that resort was amazing. It was our first trip to Disney World, and during a pandemic the magic is definitely there. The whole experience was truly magical and we already have our next trip idea in mind, and we will definitely use Melynda again. She has great ideas, tips and experience and expertise. We all were very impressed. And my daughter loved the package that she had sent with cute halloween Mickey and Minnie dolls. We did get to celebrate Aurora's birthday 6 months later during our trip, and she enjoyed every minute of it. We both enjoyed the whole trip even though with COVID it wasn’t the experience we originally wanted we were glad to get to do as much as we could. From having everything scheduled for the end of May and having to cancel it all to working hard to re schedule it all for September you did amazing work. Even holding my hand (by long distance) when I was having second third fourth and so on thoughts about even going in September you were a rock. I can’t really pick one thing as a favorite ( Star Wars area would be one) so I will have to say that just being with Kassidy and sharing the memories is my favorite. I highly recommend Mary Comes and the work she will do for a client.

Amanda Gourgues booked our stay at Wilderness Lodge Club Level in 2019, before all the madness of COVID began. It was a big trip that we were looking forward to all year and had booked a year in advance, for December of 2020. We were worried about what may happen with COVID and the changes with the parks but Amanda made our adjustments seamless. We actually added an extra day and had to move from Club Level in the main building to the Boulder Ridge Villas because of all the changes with COVID. Amanda went over the pricing and made all the changes for us over the phone. All we had to do was show up. We were very happy with Boulder Ridge and are even considering buying DVC there. We loved all the amenities Wilderness Lodge had to offer and the scenery/environment. We even had a few chilly days which made it truly feel like Christmas with the holiday and cabin decor.

I just wanted to let you know how thankful my family and I were for choosing Mouse Ear Magic by Bambi to help us plan our Disney World vacation. My family and I went to WDW February of 2020. I had been there years ago, but my husband and daughters were never there. Bambi was so helpful with every single question we had. She always responded to my emails and messages in a timely manner. We were admittedly nervous to travel with COVID looming, but as soon as we arrived at Disney, we knew we had made the right choice. We started planning the trip in January of 2019. My husband and I had been to Disney World before but never with our children. Megan was with me every step of the way from the very beginning. Mary took so much pressure off of me during the planning phase of our vacation. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mary Comes by fate. I say that because In October I took my children to a church for Halloween for a harvest festival. Our family had been talking about a Disney trip and low and behold we see Mary with a table full of Disney information. She did things she did not have to do, as her job was essentially finished after solidifying the deal and booking our trip. I will use her services again and again and refer her to everyone I know. It is apparent that she loves Disney, believes in the magic and loves her job!!

It’s also not just what Sarah has done for us, but also how great and easy she makes it to work with her. I had not been to Disney in a decade and was overwhelmed with all the choices and having to make FastPass selections. Bethany helped us every step of the way, made recommendations for rides and restaurant reservations & did periodic check ins. The best part is she got up at some unknown hour before the sun rose and was able to get us Frozen Ever After & Na'vi River Journey Fast Passes which was hands down the best 2 rides of our week at Disney parks! My Disney vacation was from February 27 - March 4, and Angela Perryman assisted me in planning this fabulous vacation! I am ALWAYS last minute, and this venture was no different! Our family traveled to Walt Disney World for the first time recently, and we had a truly magical vacation! This was largely due to the immense help we had planning our trip. Mary Comes worked with us tirelessly for almost a year to ensure our vacation would be as amazing as possible. She answered a wide range of questions, spent hours on the phone to reserve the resort, dining options, and fast passes we wanted, and met with us whenever we needed extra help. In addition, she was constantly available to alleviate any worries we had, going above and beyond what I would expect of a travel agent. She recommended things to see and do, places to eat, and characters to meet. She helped us arrrange our daily schedules at the parks and convinced us that we needed to stay as many days as possible to fit in lots of fun. In the final weeks before our trip, Mary came to our house with personalized maps labeled with our daily itinerary and bags of Disney goodies for our children. Even while we were enjoying our vacation, I knew Mary was ready to help us if any crises came up. Thanks to her thoroughness and organization, we had only a few minor issues, which were easily solved. We hope to enjoy a Disney vacation again someday, and I would definitely use Mary's help in the future. I definitely wanted to send it and let you know how happy and pleased we were with the service Kelly Amos provided us. We took our trip Thanksgiving Day, 11/24/16 to 12/3/16. She was awesome from the get go, as we had planned to go with another family and link our reservations, but then it happened to be just my family of four! She was available all along the way with scheduling our dining reservations and our fast passes and offering a lot of suggestions and ideas that were helpful for us!!! I first came across Mouse Ear Magic when I was looking to plan a trip to Disney World for me and my best friend of 22 years. We both were turning 25 this year and I thought it would be a great way to celebrate the milestone, especially since she had never been before. We both are AVID Disney fans and the idea seemed too perfect not to do. A die hard Little Mermaid fan, I wanted to stay at the Art of Animation Resort in the Little Mermaid rooms. Belinda made sure I knew everything that the resort had to offer and even gave me helpful tips to make the resort stay all the more enjoyable. She even gave me a heads up when I was able to check in ahead of our arrival date to make our first day as easy as possible. first time I was planning a Disney vacation on my own and she made the process not only easy and doable, but a ton of fun too! From helping me with different quotes to giving me details on the options I had, the entire process went smoothly and there wasn't a single time I felt lost or overwhelmed. A die hard Little Mermaid fan, I wanted to stay at the Art of Animation Resort in the Little Mermaid rooms. Belinda made sure I knew everything that the resort had to offer and even gave me helpful tips to make the resort stay all the more enjoyable. She even gave me a heads up when I was able to check in ahead of our arrival date to make our first day as easy as possible. One of the best things about Mouse Ear Magic is how special you feel throughout the entire process. Every single message I received from Belinda was heartfelt, full of excitement and joy. I especially enjoyed the personalized room decorations she made for us and the awesome little goodie box she sent a few days before the trip, complete with maps of the park so we could start a little pre-planning of what we wanted to hit. Our Disney experience over thanksgiving week was amazing. Janet really did a wonderful job getting us prepared for everything. She had every detail taken care of and walked me through the process from fast passes to how to use our meal plan. Janet was available anytime we had questions and spend an hour on the phone with me prior to the trip answering every question we had.
Our hotel and the transportation was great. Our only Yukie moment was it rained 7 inches on one of the days with tornado warnings, but that didn't stop us from getting on everything we could. About 3 years ago I began talking with my best friend (she is more like my sister, though we are not related) about a trip to Walt Disney World. We both had a lot going on and knew it would be costly for our budgets so we decided in 2010 that we would aim for a trip in 2013. It would be myself, my son, my friend and her 3 kids. I was so excited about the trip but I had so many questions. I had not been to Disney in over 11 years, my friend had not been since before MGM studios (now Hollywood Studios) even existed, and none of the kids had ever been so it just had to be perfect. You see, I am a Disney fanatic, I love everything Disney and it has always been a huge part of my life. Luckily I was a follower of Disney Fairytales on Facebook and had seen them advertise about letting them help plan for your Disney vacation. I knew from following the page that when the time came this was where I was going. What I didn’t know is what a wonderful decision that would turn out to be! Belinda was quick to respond to my initial request for a quote, and always quick to reply to my many questions and requests. We must have sent more than 100 emails back and forth over a 6 month period. Belinda made our hotel reservations, our meal reservations, ordered our special event tickets – she did it all, and when Disney offered up free dining during our vacation dates she made sure we received a full refund of what we had paid for our dining plan! But Belinda did more than just the planning and the organizing – she became a friend, a member of my “Disney” family. She shared the joy of our pending vacation with me, fretted over last minute details and things I had forgotten, she stepped into our lives like she was supposed to be there. You see, Belinda is also a Disney fanatic so she knew how I felt. She understood the desire to have my son’s first true Disney experience be one he would remember his whole life, just like I do mine when I was his age, and she helped make that dream a reality. Thank you Mouse Ear Magic from the Morgan Family! I just wanted to say thanks to a terrific travel agent and new friend. I’ve been planning our Disney vacations for years. My son is 9 and this was his 10th trip. I’ve used AAA, local travel agencies, or booked via Disney directly myself without any problems. I subscribe to numerous Disney blogs and pages on Facebook. I kept seeing Mouse Ear Magic pop up and I was curious. Although I didn’t mind doing the arrangements myself, something about this company intrigued me and I wanted to know more.I contacted them last year for just hotel arrangements to add to something else I was doing in the Orlando area. Belinda was pleasant and a joy to work with. I knew after that when it was time to book our next trip that I’d be contacting her. This year when we were ready I contacted her and the magic began. During my husband’s deployment the kids and I were together 24/7 for 6 months. About month 2, my 2 and 3 year olds started packing their bags and told me I had to stay here and wait for daddy while they went to Disney world. This trip to Disney was our very first trip using a travel agent and after our wonderful experience with Belinda we will never go without her help again! "Wow did we have a magical vacation!!! Just got back June 6 after 5 days at All Star Music Resort and 4 parks ( Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios,& Magic Kingdom). Everything was fantastic !!! We were able to get all of our wish list items done plus she had us down for some things we didn't know should be done but were so happy we did them. First off let me just say your knowledge of Disney was proven without a doubt. The moment we stepped off of the airplane all of the knowledge that you blessed me with was so accurate and helpful that I cannot even describe it. I simply explained to you what we were looking for with this vacation and you managed to turn our first trip to Disney from just getting our feet wet to the best vacation I can remember. Your advice on which days to visit which parks, your suggestions on the meals for the meal plans and your overall suggestions guided us to the entire week without any issues. It was like having a road map with us the whole time. I couldn't imagine trying to do Disney for the first time without your guidance. We were also truly amazed on how much the kids were able to do at the ages of soon to be 8 and soon to be 3. Speaking of which the birthday events that you set up were amazing. Having the characters come out and wish the two of them Happy Birthday made the dining experiences even better. From a personal side I cannot thank you enough for the amount of time you put in talking to us and replanning things after my parents decided last minute to come for the first couple of days. If you knew the struggles of my parent’s health for the past 15 years you would know just how much it meant to me having them there for this. Having them see the joy on my kids faces the moment we left for the airport, the moment they saw the castle for the first time, meeting the characters and everything else were absolutely priceless moments that I can only thank you for. I couldn't of planned a better trip without the help of Lenora Arrington. She was always available to help me plan and to answer any questions. This was our best trip yet and we owe it ALL to Lenora. We went May 2- May 10th and stayed at the Disney Pop Century resort. We did a preferred pool view and our view was so awesome. Just steps from the pool. On our last day we got to Magic Kingdom Super early and we actually got picked to be family of the day. I can't wait to use her again as our travel agent. It has been months since our Florida Disney Vacation; however, my family is still asking when are we going again because it was such a magical experience. My 7 year old son was king of the rides in the Magic Kingdom, especially the Seven Dwarf Mine Ride and my 4 year old daughter....well there aren't words for her reaction to the princesses. She was entranced.
All of this was made possible by working with Melynda Amrine. She helped us through every step of the way. Having just had a baby and needing to maximize our time at the parks...she set up our accounts and fast passes- and explained how parent swaps work so we could both enjoy the rides with the older two! Melinda made each part of the planning a breeze and stress free- for a family of 5 with a 3 month old to boot...that is saying something!
I am attaching a couple of pictures - one is of our daughter the first time she sees Cinderella's castle (priceless!!) and the others are of our family just enjoying the magic of Disney.

I was writing to let you know what a wonderful job Sarah Luoma did with my trip recently. We started planning almost 8 or 9 month ago and she was amazing. She recommended the resorts, the parks passes, the fast passes, the food reservations…EVERYTHING. I did not have to think about 1 thing with regards to my 5 days in Disney. Not only that, but, she was able to save me some serious money via a special that came up even after I booked. She set me up on an awesome payment plan. She booked all of me character lunches and dinners. She booked all of my fast passes. She even made herself available via text while I was in disney and made several changes for me on the fly!

I just wanted to write a quick note to say how AMAZING Sarah Luoma did for our recent Disney trip! We went to Disney world from June 11-18 this year and absolutely everything was perfect! I started planning with her in January and by February we were booked! She answered all my questions, offered insanely helpful tips and insider tricks, and really took the time for us to plan our most perfect trip! She was able to get my son an appointment to get his first haircut on Main St., gave us tons of advice on what and where to eat, and was always within a call or text. There is no doubt I would use her again in a second! And this is my end all word of advice if anyone decides to use Sarah to book: LISTEN TO EVERYTHING SHE SAYS! She is absolutely right! Seriously! We loved the Pirates and Pals cruise, the BBB was a huge hit with my 5 year old, and the NSSHP was the highlight of the Magic Kingdom for us. Melynda Amrine booked our Disney trip for us. And by "booked it", I mean she did everything but actually took the trip. She set everything up for us, gave us tips on how to use all the new Disney features since we were there last time(which was pretty much everything.) She was spot on about everything she suggested. I own my own business so I am used to being the one who makes all the calls and decisions. At the beginning I would give her my reasons for why I thought we should do something different and she would give us quotes on those ideas, as well as quotes on what she thought would be a better plan for us. She was always right. Her ideas were better. She helped us with fast passes and dinners which we would have never figured out on our own in a timely manner and would have wasted tons of time trying to figure it out. She was great and I plan to give her card out as well as use her again.

I have been visiting Disney since 2009 almost annually. Most of those trips, I've used a travel agent from other companies or booked myself. When I've used a TA for those trips, well, let's just say they weren't good experiences. I'll admit, I was hesitant to use one again, regardless of who the agent was. Let me state that this was one of the best experiences in booking (and going on) a trip I've EVER had! Kelly was absolutely amazing. She is super sweet, kind, knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. She anticipated most of my needs, gave me honest reviews or information about things, and allowed me to still be in charge with what happens to my package. It was a lot of work for her, I know, but I am so very thankful for everything she did! Early on, I could tell she was different from the other agents I've used in the past. So early on, I was ready to recommend her to friends and within groups. It was certainly not a mistake! I will continue to endorse Kelly Amos, especially now that she has seen my booking all the way through until I arrived safely back home from my trip! Will I book with Kelly again? ABSOLUTELY, YES, YES, YES! She made my experience BEYOND amazing. She booked all of my dining, FastPass+, and special experiences. It was so much easier with Kelly than other agents I've used! She secured everything I wanted at the time frames I requested on the days I wished. She also didn't push extra things on our family that we didn't need or want! And while it took some time, she was able to secure the discount I wanted to save our family some money at the resort we wanted! She added special requests to our resort and followed up with EVERYTHING in exceptionally timely manner! I swear, there were days when I'd be typing to her and he'd already have what I needed done before I hit "send!" She has excellent communication skills and almost responded instantly (even if it was a "I'm not able to look right now, but I'll get back to you at X:XX!") every time I contacted her! She also sent a care package to the kids with little treats and trinkets that were PERFECT for them! My whole family loves Kelly, and we hope everyone else does, too! She even kept in touch after the final payment was made (and never once asked us to make regular payments or held her hand out or anything!). She even checked in on us while we were at Disney to make sure things were going as planned and if there was anything else she could do! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I wanted to let you know about my Disney Trip I took in November planned by Allyson Harris. First of all.. it was FANTASTIC! That probably doesn't surprise you. But, what made it so amazing was how easy it was to do it. Granted.. I had bugged Allyson Harris for the better part of a year talking about it and planning and it and getting overly excited about it. She never got annoyed with me or showed frustration with me. In fact, it was always the opposite. She was excited for me. She eagerly helped me when I thought of a new event to see or do. She calmed me when I worried about how I would do 'this' or 'that'.

Allie has Down syndrome and hearing loss and I was anxious about many things.. how she would do with the crowds, the excitement, the unfamiliar territory - all things that have caused us issues before on other much smaller events. Allyson helped me tremendously by helping me understand all the ins and outs of a Disney World trip. I have been to DW many times, but I never stayed on property and I never took a small child with me. So, to take a small child with special needs had me a little on edge. Allyson helped me plan each day; schedule all of our amazing character meals and even helped walk me through the My Disney Experience app and site. She helped me pick the best fast pass events with my daughter in mind. She arranged the rental of the stroller we desperately needed and Allyson was available when we arrived and it wasn't in the room yet. She made a phone call (or maybe she waved her wand) and it showed up. I didn't realize she had actual Disney Magic, but she clearly does. We were thrilled with the entire trip.. the preparation for it and every minute of it. We are excited to plan a return trip and will be working with Allyson long before we take it. I love that she was as thrilled for us as we were about the whole trip. She was an amazing help and I just wanted you to know!

She went into details about how my Disney experienced worked, and showed you everything you need to know for your trip. She helped us book fast passes, book our restaurant reservations, the dining plan. She helped us decide which parks to hit on certain days and what times the parks open and closed. Even when we got to Disney and had questions she was quick to respond and help us out. I would highly recommend her if you are planning a Disney trip in the future.

I just wanted to say that we had a great time on our Disney Vacation thanks to Allyson Harris! Allyson planned everything for us and made it so easy and much more enjoyable. With how much there is to see and do, we were able to make the most of every minute. And, my brother is handicapped and Allyson made arrangement to get a scooter delivered and picked up at the resort. When I was at the resort, if I texted Allyson to ask her a question or get something additional, she responded within less than 5 minutes with an answer or to confirm that she took care of my request. We were so spoiled - it was great! I don't know what I would have done without Allyson. I wouldn't even had known where to start.

Thank you so much Belinda for helping us to plan our first trip to Disney! We had such a great time. The cars themed room was awesome as well as both pools at the hotel. The parks were all magical. My boys loved the toy story ride at Hollywood studios the best! My husband and I were especially impressed with the Star Wars ride and Jedi training for our 5 year old. The character meals you set up for us were so great...and we made sure to bring the autograph books that you sent to us so our boys could get signatures from all of their favorites.

I wanted to let you know what an AMAZING vacation we had due to the help of Jackie Tammaro! It was our first time going to Disney and everything was perfect! Jackie helped us find a hotel, explained how the Disney dinning plan works (which was well worth it) she helped us with our fast passes and explaining the my Disney experience. She even printed us out an excel sheet to take with us with our fast passes and dining reservations and how to get from our hotel to each place. She made our vacation planning relaxed and fun! She was so helpful and responsive as we added additional members to our party, dealt with differing airline arrivals and departures, and sought guidance in adding family dining experiences and fast pass reservations to our itinerary. I just wanted to take a minute to send my appreciation for Melynda Amrine. She was a rock star while planning our recent (family first!) Disney trip!
Not only was she super knowledgeable about all things Disney, but her response time and attention to detail were second to none. I decided to work on fast passes on my own, which meant a million questions for her. She answered every single one within minutes, often seconds. I am grateful, too, for Melynda's opinions on restaurants and hotels. We had great food and a great experience thanks to her suggestions! In addition to helping with the planning of our trip, Melynda was so very gracious about a last minute change of plans caused by the final days and eventual passing of my mother-in-law's mother. Melynda helped us understand the fine print of cancellation, called customer service for my mother-in-law, and even secured a full refund for her. I will not hesitate to recommend her and your organization to anyone planning a Disney trip! I should add that this whole trip was planned in a little more than a month. Melynda didn't even flinch when I asked her if it would be crazy to try it. Her response was "Of course not! We will make it perfect!" And she delivered! |
